The Preservation Room is owned and helmed by Larry Houser who, alongside his wife Summer, has spent more than sixteen years shaping Fullerton’s hospitality scene as owner of Bourbon Street Bar and Grill. In 2022, the Housers set out to restore the historic Williams Building, breathing new life into its upper floors and reimagining them with the elegance of the 1920s. That same devotion to craft, history, and community defines the experience they’ve built here, one unforgettable evening at a time.
